DUNEDIN - The Dunedin Triathlon will be held at Honeymoon Island State Park, Sunday, June 3, at 7:30 a.m.
The race begins near the transition area by bathhouse number one in the south west corner of the island. Each athlete will be provided with a timing chip on race morning to wear on their ankle and the athletes will be timed in all three phases of the race - swim, bike and run.
The majority of the athletes will register in the "age group" division; however, there will be a Clydesdale Division for men who weigh in at more than 200 pounds and an Athena Division for women more than 150 pounds.
