As we're slowly seeing the turn starting, most companies that are big enough have started to see more sales. This is a result of more people considering buying real estate now that we're getting close to the bottom.
Many of our agents are now seeing a reduction in the number of active properties listed for sale. Many sellers who do not actually need to sell their property right now are withdrawing them from the market or leasing them out. Many of those who have kept their property on the active market are adjusting their listing prices to be more reflective of their desire to sell their property. This is inviting buyers to return to our area and as a result, we are starting to see an increase in sales.
