Vice Mayor, John Doran (left) and David Allbritton of the Downtown Development Board CLEARWATER - An opening ceremony to celebrate Cleveland Street Streetscape's second block's completion between Ft. Harrison and Garden Avenue was held Friday afternoon. Representatives from the city of Clearwater, Clearwater Downtown Development Board, Clearwater Main Street Program, Bellomo Herbert & Company, and Gibbs & Register, Inc. were on hand for the festivities. Working Cow Ice Cream and Tony's Pizzeria & Risorante provided free ice cream and pizza samples. Other local merchants provided giveaways and the city distributed specially labeled chocolate bars and coupons for downtown restaurants.
