Pinellas Opera League and Clearwater Library to Present "American Heritage"CLEARWATER - The Clearwater Library and the Pinellas Opera League are proud to present Dr. Michael L. Blauner in a special presentation dedicated to our nation's birthday: "American Heritage," Freedom and Liberty in Opera, on Monday, July 3, from noon to 1 p.m. (Bring your own lunch and prepare for the July 4th festivities.) For those who arrive early, you will hear Jan Peerce, the NBC Symphony Orchestra, and the Westminister Choir. All forces conducted by Maestro Arturo Toscanini. They will be performing the American premier of Giuseppe Verdi's "Hymn of the Nations." What a thrilling experience!
