Community Benefits from Rotary Club's Generosity

On Wednesday, June 27,The Rotary Club of Clearwater celebrated by handing out checks to support local charities. $56,500 was raised this past year, primarily from the 15th Annual Kingfish Tournament held in April. Past President, Neil Brickfield (right), and President-Elect, Doug Hilkert (left), distributed checks to representatives from the following organizations:

Big Brothers Big Sisters, CAIR Flight, Children's Dream Fund, Clearwater For Youth, Clearwater Free Clinic, Clearwater High School Aquatics, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Clearwater Rotary Endowment Trust, Clothes To Kids, Clearwater Homeless Intervention Project, Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches, Good Acts-City of Clearwater Parks & Recreation, Good Life Games, Homeless Emergency Project, Isaiah's Inn, Ronald McDonald House, Rotary International Foundation, YMCA Splash Program and our own Student of the Month program.
