Celebrate Beach Library's 46th BirthdayCLEARWATER - To celebrate the 46th birthday of the Clearwater Beach Library, Anne Garris will present a program, "Growing Up Free on Clearwater Beach" on Wednesday, July 25th, 7 p.m., at the Clearwater Beach Library, 483 Mandalay Ave. The library is normally closed at this time and it will be open only for this program. Refreshments provided. Garris, a lifelong resident of Clearwater Beach, will speak about the history of the area, what it was like growing up here, and how it has changed.
