Indian Rocks Beach Mixed-Use Development Breaks GroundINDIAN ROCKS BEACH - AG Armstrong Development has broken ground on a project that will include low-rise condominiums located above boutiques and restaurants. The Village at Indian Rocks Beach will include over 17,000 square feet of retail space and 25 two-bedroom condominiums, many with Gulf views. In addition to several planned boutiques and eateries, the development will also feature open-air patios, covered parking, a garden-style rooftop pool, and direct access to the beach. According to Derek Mateos, Senior Project Manager, "What sets this project apart from other condo developments is that we are bringing a relaxed, neighborhood feel to the beach. The Village will be very pedestrian-friendly and include compatible shopping and restaurants literally steps away." The development is located on Gulf Boulevard between 25th and 26th Avenues. Demolition of the old property has been completed, and site construction is set to begin in August. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2009. A sales and leasing office is open and is located on the site. AG Armstrong Development is headquartered in Tampa, Florida and has recently expanded to include offices in Atlanta, Georgia. The firm has developed and constructed over $600 million in large-scale retail and multi-family projects in Florida and Georgia.
