Oktoberfest Celebration at the Clearwater Main LibraryCLEARWATER - Join Publix Apron's Cooking School Chef Bil Mitchell as he demonstrates recipes celebrating Oktoberfest, noon-1 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 13, at the Clearwater Main Library, 100 N. Osceola Ave., downtown. On the menu: Sauerbraten, Parsley Potatoes, and Apple and Nut Strudel. Twenty-five tickets to the sample table will be given out beginning at 11 a.m. Recipes and additional seating will be available at the program. No sign up is necessary.
