Family Fun Fishing Day Cast at Taylor ParkLARGO - Families are invited to catch the fishing fever during a free Family Fun Fishing Day Saturday, Oct. 6, at Taylor Park, located at 1100 Eighth Ave. S.W. in Largo. The fun begins at 8 a.m. and wraps up at 11 a.m. Fishing poles and bait will be provided, so even the most inexperienced anglers can try their hand. Families are welcome to bring their own poles. The Kiwanis Breakfast Club of Seminole will offer coffee or juice and a donut for a $1 donation. All proceeds go toward the purchase of worms for the fishing days. To add to the fun, the Ridgecrest Elementary PTA will gather children together for casting demonstrations and contests.
