Help Others As You Play GolfThis month you can help hungry people as well as physically challenged children and seniors by participating in the 2nd annual golf tournament, sponsored by the Clearwater Community Sailing Association and the Clearwater Beach Association. Planned for Monday, October 29, the tournament will benefit a Beach Association joint project with Tampa Bay Harvest as well as the Community Sailing Association's sailing programs for physically challenged children and senior citizens. The $135 entrance fee includes a golf scramble, goodie bags, a box lunch, an awards dinner and extraordinary prizes and silent auctions. There are sponsorship opportunities ranging from $100 to $3,500. Registration will be at 11:30 a.m. and tee-off time at 1 p.m. at Eastlake Woodlands Country Club North Course.
