Belleair Beach Island Garden Club to MeetThe first meeting of the Belleair Beach Island Garden Club (BBIGC) will be held on October 17, at 10 a.m., at Belleair Beach City Hall located at 444 Causeway Blvd. in Bellair Beach. Beatrice Flournoy of Premier Design will present a presentation on Container Gardening. This meeting will be a pot luck, members are asked to bring a dish to share. Guests are always welcome. The hostesses will provide coffee and dessert. The hostesses are Ruth Ann Voelkert, Ann Van Ness, and Ann Petrak. There are a lot of great programs and events for this year and everyone is always welcome. Members will be painting flower pots at Michael's in November and lunching at Olive Garden. An example of what is being planned can be seen at the October meeting. An outing is also planned to the Sunken Gardens in St. Petersburg along with a lunch in the garden. There will also be various parties and lunch outings throughout the season. All Executive Board members have extended their terms for this season (this is their 3rd term)
