Van trips involve sharing van rental expenses and require a reservation three (3) days before the trip. Overnight trips involve additional costs for lodging and travel and also require reservations. In all cases, a contact is noted who can provide additional details. When the meeting place is Tri-City Shopping Center, assemble outside the Party City store near U.S. 19. When the meeting place is Countryside Shopping Town, assemble outside Sears near U.S. 19. Where there are no restroom facilities at the field trip site, the trip is marked "X". Rest stops will be provided en route. For all trips, please bring binoculars, field guide, drinking water and lunch (when long day trips are scheduled). Saturday, 11/3/07 - 8 a.m. - Moccasin Lake Nature Park - Meet at Moccasin Lake Nature Park to observe resident songbirds, raptors & waterfowl in oak & xeric hammock. Bring lunch & drinks to observe resident & migratory songbirds, raptors, animals & wildflowers & more.
