Pinellas Opera League to Present Special Memorial to Beverly SillsTARPON SPRINGS - On Sunday, November 4, at 1:30 p.m., the public is invited to watch and listen as Dr. Michael Blauner, lecturer and board member of the Pinellas Opera League, reviews the life and career of the late and cherished "American Diva" Beverly Sills. Using audio and video clips of Beverly Sills in live opera, concert, and television; (yes, television once performed live performances), Dr. Blauner will try to assess the relevance of this remarkable career to each of our lives. This free presentation will take place in the video center of the Leepa Rattner Museum of Art, located at 600 Klosterman Road, on the campus of St. Petersburg College, Tarpon Springs.
