Our company's sales over the last six (6) months of this year, compared to our company's sales over the last six (6) months of last year are up drastically, obviously a good sign. There are many good reasons for this. Probably the biggest reason is that property asking prices have dropped from their highs of two years ago. Another reason is the sales of second homes to Europeans. With the dollar devalued against the pound and the curo, the beachfront properties are looking extra attractive to Europeans. Now if the taxes start coming down, along with the insurance rates, we will be back on track again. So we (like everyone else) are hoping for a great upcoming season.
