Those attending the fundraiser for the Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens were treated to the dazzling display of more than 140 uniquely decorated trees, vignettes and gingerbread houses. Holiday shopping at the Sugar Plum Shoppe, children's activities at Santa's Village and live entertainment were also part of the festival experience.
