Sand Key Civic Association to MeetThe Sand Key Civic Association, in co-operation with the Clearwater Beach Civic Association and the Island Estates Civic Association, will be sponsoring a roundtable discussion on the proposed change in the property taxes to be voted on in January 2008. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m., December 5th, at the Sailing Center on Sand Key. Tentative speakers will be: Jim Frishe, State Representative; Frank Hibbard, Mayor of Clearwater; Dennis Jones, State Senator; and Karen Seel, Pinellas County Commissioner.
