Someone besides Martin Schless, in my opinion, approved the moving expense payment. Who, I don't know for sure. The City Commissioners said they would sue to collect the moving expenses improperly paid. Let them carry out their word in pursuing justice for this city. A canceling of this lawsuit now, or settling for a pittance would seem like a cover up-especially with elections coming up in March.
