Clearwater High School senior Luke Loucks, #23 above, is one of the nation's top-rated point guards. Rivals.com gives the 6'4 Tornado four stars based on a five-star scale. Loucks, who averaged 15 points a game last season, has orally committed to Florida State University. Georgia Tech also recruited the hoops star, who was rated as a high honorable mention All-American in a preseason edition of the Sporting News.
