Belleair Beach to Hold Special Council Meeting Belleair Beach will hold a Special Council Meeting, Thursday, December 20, 5 p.m. at City Hall. The agenda will include: 1. Discussion to determine what items from the existing City Hall to retain, put in storage or discard. 2. Discussion on using the Cedar Drive residence for the temporary City Hall. 3. Discussion on the proposed Constitutional Amendment concerning Property Taxes (requested by Mayor Rives).
