Local Order Sons of Italy Chapter Gift Wrapping for CharitiesCLEARWATER - The Daughters of Italy Lodge #2825 will be gift wrapping for charity at Books-a-Million Bookstore (33550 US 19 N., Palm Harbor). The group started on Friday, December 14, and will continue until Monday, December 24, from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m., except on Christmas Eve day they will be there from 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. There is no charge for the gift wrapping but donations are accepted. All proceeds will be benefiting the organization's charities - Alzheimer's, Cancer, and Cooley's Anemia as well as the Daughters of Italy Lodge #2825 Scholarship Program. The Daughters of Italy Lodge #2825 is the Clearwater chapter of the Order Sons of Italy in America (OSIA), the nation's oldest and largest organization of men and women of Italian heritage.
