Local Judges to Speak at Annual People's Law School Jan. 10

A panel of local judges will present a program entitled "The Judicial System from the Judge's Perspective" at the first session of Clearwater Bar Association's 2008 People's Law School, Thursday, Jan. 10, from 7 - 9 p.m., at the St. Pete College, Drew Street Campus, Fine Arts Auditorium.

The judges will give their perspectives on the judicial system speaking from their personal experiences on the bench, and participants will have an opportunity to ask questions.

People's Law School continues weekly, on Thursdays, at the St. Petersburg College, Drew Street Campus, through April. Participants may attend as few or as many sessions as they wish free of charge and no registration is required. This is the 19th year of the program. Pinellas County teachers receive component points good for trade days.

Jan. 31 - Independent Court System
