North Ward Tropicana Speech Contest Winners Announced
Winners of North Ward Elementary’s annual 4-H Tropicana Speech Contest were selected December 13 by judges (left to right) Ronnie Duncan, Chairman of the Pinellas County Commission; Peggy O’Shea, Pinellas County School Board member; and Bill Horne, Clearwater City Manager.
Third place student winner Mikaela Stupar, left,; first place student winner, Jordan Olds and second place student winner Hannah Becker, right, display their winners’ medals.. All three winners are in the fourth grade.. Jordan Olds will represent North Ward in the North county competition on January 10, 2008.
