A ride in the horse drawn carriage was popular with those attending the Dickens Holiday Open House at the Palms of Largo in December. The community was invited to join residents for a "Dickens Style" celebration featuring jolly elves, musical entertainment, sandwiches and champagne, gourmet quiche and cappuccino, a performance by the Dickens Carolers and more.
