Clearwater Rotary Meeting Held at Belleair Country Club
Clearwater Rotary was honored to have US District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida, William "Bill" Castagna, as their luncheon speaker. Judge Castagna is a long-time Clearwater resident, and attorney. He was appointed federal judge by President Jimmy Carter in 1979.
