Candidates Forum to be Held in MorningsideCLEARWATER - The Morningside Meadows Homeowners' Association Inc. will hold a Candidates Forum on January 22nd at 7 p.m. The location will be at the Morningside Recreation Center on Harn Blvd. at the corner of Flushing and Harn Blvd. The forum will showcase current Mayor Frank Hibbard and former Mayor Rita Garvey. The public is welcomed and invited. Clearwater residents will vote on January 29th for Clearwater's next mayor.
