The program administered by the Senior Victim Advocate Program of the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc. provides phones to seniors free of charge. Goal of Safety Phones is "to enhance the safety of senior crime victims and seniors at risk of becoming victims of crime" by providing them with cellular phones which can be used to dial 9-1-1 when faced with an emergency.
