Harrison, recently added new groomers and services to her shop's staff and offerings. Aside from carrying the area's most unique dog supplies, treats and bling, canines can get pampered six days a week by dog groomer, Lisa Krula. And Fluffy Puppies now welcomes area felines for pampering by cat specialist, Missie Folks, on Wednesdays. Said Walker concerning the move to provide the grooming service under her management, "As of January 2008 we've opened our own grooming salon with everything new and under our own management. We've used our past experience with hosting an outside grooming service to make changes that will offer our customer's pet's top notch grooming in a safe and stress free environment. Our new grooming tables are equipped with the latest type of system that uses various positioning harnesses and slings to provide a safe, yet comfortable, hold on the animal as it stands for grooming." Fluffy Puppies has purchased a state of the art bathing system that hydro-massages dogs while giving them a deep coat cleansing. The all natural shampoo and conditioning product line that is used was developed by NASA and neutralizes skin problems and contact allergens to promote healthy skin and coats. Dog groomer Krula has over 20 years of experience in the grooming industry. She previously owned her own shop for 10 years and has groomed champion dogs for the show ring. Walker has the utmost confidence in Krula, "She is highly knowledgeable of all dog breeds and can make your beloved family pet look like a champion. Her focus as a groomer is on the pet's safety, health and comfort." Krula said she wants every visit to be enjoyable for the pet and the pet's parents when they pick up their puppy. She enjoys educating the parents on brushing and bathing their dog in between visits and is excited to be grooming at Fluffy Puppies as the new salon is set up with all the latest equipment to allow her to groom the dogs in "a true salon atmosphere."
