Dr. Susan MacManus to Speak at Belleair Women's Republication Club MeetingDr. Susan MacManus, USF professor and political guru, will be the speaker at the Feb. 1st meeting of the Belleair Women's Republican Club at the Wine Cellar on North Redington Beach. Dr. MacManus will analyze the results of the Florida presidential primary vote and the property tax amendment.
