Dr Donald Ardell Adresses Clearwater Rotary

Dr. Ardell resides in St. Petersburg where he publishes the Ardell Wellness Report. He has also written newsletters, books and lectures worldwide about Real Wellness. At age 69, Dr. Ardell is a national and world champion triathlete in his age group. His focus is on aging Well. "As you are going to do it anyway (age) why not age along Wellness lines?"
