Colonel Addresses Belleair Rotary

Kelly Carter, president of the Belleair Rotary Club, left, welcomes guest speaker Col. John P. Berres and his wife, Virginia, to the group's January 24 luncheon meeting at Belleair Country Club. Col. Berres (U.S. Army Ret.), who is past commander and current historian of the The Military Order of the World Wars, served in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. He is a graduate of the Army War College. His address to the Belleair Rotary Club focused on a comparison of the presidents of the United States.
