February 11 is the Deadline to Register for March 11 Elections

Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections Deborah Clark is reminding county residents that Monday, February 11 is the voter registration deadline to vote in the March 11 elections for the Pinellas Suncoast Fire & Rescue Control District and 12 municipalities.

Municipal elections will be conducted in Belleair, Belleair Bluffs, Dunedin, Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Madeira Beach, Pinellas Park, St. Pete Beach, Seminole, South Pasadena, Tarpon Springs and Treasure Island. A referendum for the Pinellas Suncoast Fire & Rescue District will also be conducted.

Registration is available during regular business hours at any Supervisor of Elections office, public library, driver license office or any government office handling social services or disabilities. For a complete list of registration sites or to obtain an online Voter Registration Application, visit www.votepinellas.com.

Registration is required for new voters. Citizens who are registered anywhere in Florida and now reside in Pinellas County can make name, address or signature updates through Election Day. However, voters are encouraged to update their voter information prior to election day to avoid delays at the polling place. Address changes within the county may be made by phone. Other updates may be made by completing and signing a Voter Registration Application with the changes noted.
