Dear Barbershop Harmony Friends at the Clearwater GazetteThanks very much for the very colorful coverage you gave the Barbershoppers in support of our 2008 Singing Valentines Program. In addition to the Charmonizers Barbershop Quartet singing love songs for the 30-40 couples who showed up for County Clerk Ken Burke's Group Wedding at the Pinellas County Court House in Clearwater, several other quartets from the St. Pete and Palm Harbor Barbershop Chapters delivered between 60 and 70 Singing Valentines to sweethearts and employees all over the Pinellas and Pasco County areas. The president of the Palm Harbor Barber shop Harmony Chapter, Wes Branch, said it best when he called this year's Singing Valentines Program "An Unqualified Success" which we believe expresses the feelings of all.
