CLEARWATER - Over 170 sailors from over 10 countries descended on Clearwater to compete in the Laser Midwinter East regatta this past weekend. Recognized as a world class event, and hosted by the Clearwater Yacht Club, the LMWE regatta delighted residents and tourists alike by dotting the seas with dancing white sails and creating a gorgeous sight for all to see.
