Berle Garris Honored by Rotary International President
Clearwater Beach Rotarian Berle Garris, left, was among the local Rotarians honored by Rotary International President Wilfred Wilkinson, right, and his wife, Joan, center, during a visit, last week, to Pinellas County Rotary Clubs. Garris was honored for his record of 34 years perfect attendance as a member of the Clearwater Beach Rotary Club. President Wilkinson, a Canadian, was guest of honor at a Presidential Banquet, held in Tarpon Springs by several Rotary District 6950 clubs. The Clearwater Beach Rotary was also one of the clubs honored for Membership Achievement in 2007.
