Sierra Club Meeting News
The Suncoast Sierra Club of Pinellas County meets the third Thursday of every month at 7 p.m. at Moccasin Lake Park off of Drew and Hwy 19 in Clearwater. Meetings include a speaker on a topic, updates on club activities and social time. The club includes 2300 members from all over Pinellas County. The public is invited. - March 20 - Larry Allen, conservation photographer and winner of the Ansel Adams Award with a show of slides.
- April 21 -CHANGE OF PLACE: Join us at the Gulfport Theater to have a joint Earth Day Celebration with the City of Gulfport.
- May 20 - David Kandz, president of St. Pete Audubon, will show slides and speak on Birding.
- June 19 - The real life story of a woman born on Caladesi Island in 1895 and raised in pioneer life in that place is told by her granddaughter.
