Byrd is a student at the Beach Art Center in Indian Rocks Beach. The event featured a pancake breakfast, arts and crafts show, music, children's activity tent and a beach party. The Guppy's Gulfside Gallop, a sand castle contest and kite flying were among the activities on the beach.
Greg Bechtel of Largo is pictured with his eye-catching "Coppertime Art" at the Beauty and the Beach Festival in Indian Rocks Beach on April 5. Watercolor and oil paintings, stained glass, pottery, woodcrafts and jewelry were also to be found at Kolb Park that day.
