St. Petersburg Garden Club Visits Indian Rocks Beach ShoresThe Plein Aire Cottage Artists Mary Rose Holmes and Helen Tilston hosted 24 members from the Garden Club, St. Petersburg, who visited Indian Rocks Beach shores. The tour of gardens of Indian Rocks Beach included: Beachfront 810 with Speaker Lee Wilkerson, Chris Corral's House at 5th Avenue, Colonial Court with speakers Laura and Jim Labadie, Sarah Seaside with speaker Mary and Lee Wilkerson and Kay Smith's Garden and her collection of lilies and environmentally friendly garden. The Mayor of Indian Rocks Beach, R.B. Johnson, greeted the members and explained IRB's beach re-nourishment plan. The walking tour culminated with lunch at Guppy's where the staff had provided each table with a bouquet of fresh flowers.
