An American Style "Night at the Proms" Big Band Performance by the Dunedin Concert BandDUNEDIN - The City of Dunedin Concert Band presents, An American Style "Night at the Proms" on Tuesday, April 22nd at 7:30 p.m. The band will be appearing on the stage of Edinburgh Hall in the new Dunedin Community Center located at 1920 Pinehurst Road (at the corner of Pinehurst Road and Michigan Blvd.). The evening's entertainment will feature music from Sousa to Duke Ellington jazz as well as "Mancini." Broadway show tunes will include "Highlights from the Music Man" and "The Sound of Music." There will be a musical tour which will include "Irish Tune from County Derry," "Jamaica Farewell" and "Clear Track Polka." "The Commodore Brass" will be featured guest artists.
