Just remember if the County enacts the currently being revised Human Rights Ordinance and includes transgender people (there is no such thing) what the County adopts the cities must live with by default. Ask yourself which public bathroom will a working on it transgender person use? What if they're in the process of waiting the year+ before getting the surgery, a year when they're nothing more than a cross-dressing homosexual . . . in that case should they use the women's or men's locker rooms? And while you're showering at the health club what will you do when a surprise, surprise cross dresser walks in to take a shower with you?
