Members of Clearwater Club Inducted Into State Hall of FamePhoto by SANDI FAHY
Ron Deckard, president of the Clearwater Horseshoe Club, at left, congratulates Robert "Zoomer" Zumbahlen on his recent induction into the Florida State Horseshoe Pitchers Association Hall of Fame. Charlie Thornburg, not pictured, is also a recent inductee. Both Zumbahlen and Thornsburg are members of the Clearwater Horseshoe Club. Their names were recently added to the Hall of Fame plaque and their photographs now hang amongst those of past inductees. Deckard was inducted in 2001. The Florida State Horseshoe Pitchers Hall of Fame is located at Ed Wright Park in Clearwater
