Presentation of Cabana Club Plans at Biltmore Hotel July 8BELLEAIR - In conjunction with the Biltmore Hotel restoration, the Cabana Club on Sand Key will also be redeveloped with a 38 room boutique hotel and accessory restaurant. The public is invited to the presentation of the site plan and development details that will take place at the historic hotel on July 8 at 6 p.m. Refreshments will be served poolside. The public is encouraged to view the plans and make comments to the City of Clearwater at a public hearing before the Community Development Board. Plans call for six floors with the accessory restaurant consisting of 4,692 square feet. A boat launch will provide transportation between the Cabaņa Club and the main hotel and there will be an airport shuttle as well.
