
Clearwater Celebrates AmericaCLEARWATER - Clearwater Celebrates America, the city’s annual Independence Day celebration, will take place Thursday, July 3 and Friday, July 4 in Coachman Park, 301 Drew St. The festival is free and will include a craft show, two nights of concerts, children’s activities, and food and drink concessions. The line-up is as follows: Thursday, July 3 jazz music will be performed by BK Jackson at 6:15 p.m., Paul Brown at 7:30 p.m., followed by Eric Darius at 9:15 p.m. Friday, July 4 will include a Coast Guard flyover and will feature the Mostly Pops Orchestra with John and Mary K. Wilson at 7:30 p.m. followed by fireworks at 9:30 p.m. Gates open Thursday, July 3 at 4 p.m. and Friday, July 4 at 2 p.m. Reserved seating tickets for July 3 are available for $20 through Ticketmaster.
