
Back to Back World Horseshoe Championship Titles WonRon Deckard of the Clearwater Horseshoe Club won the Men’s Senior World Horseshoe Championship held in York, PA. This event was held the first two weeks in July. There were over 1300 entries in various classes. Ron out pitched over 170 entries in the men’s senior division, this included entries from Canada, Australia, and Japan. Alan Francis, from Ohio, retained the men’s world title for the 6th straight year and 14th overall. This makes the most victories by any player in the world records book.
