The Humane Society was among the exhibitors at the event, which also featured a display of unique dog houses, program on animal care by dog trainer Joyce Lewis and celebration marking the grand opening of Bernie's Cafe in the library atrium.

Interested persons may visit the Humane Society, which is located at 3040 State Road 590 in Clearwater. Hours are 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The facility is closed Wednesdays and holidays.
