Benefit for Fostering Hope FloridaDUNEDIN - Enjoy an evening of wine, beer and appetizers in lovely Dunedin, at La Maison Gourmet, 471 Main Street, on Saturday, Sept. 27, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. to support children in foster care. While enjoying the magnificent food and atmosphere, TV-Chef John Lewis will perform a live cooking demonstration. The mission of Fostering Hope Florida is to preserve the dignity of the individual child by offering services within the home, helping siblings stay together and offering a solution to the emotional turmoil children face when bounced between foster homes, as many as 20+ times! Can you imagine being a child who does not have a permanent home or family? The proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards the goal to open and staff a Hope House in Pinellas County, where foster children will live in a stable family atmosphere. Tickets are $40 per person and can be purchased online by visiting LocalWineEvents.com, or by finding the link on www.fosteringhopeflorida.com/fundraiser.htm.
