What's Up With Fashion in the 16th Century?TAMPA - That's what the attendees of the annual Ruffs & Cuffs Fashion Show will be finding out on September 27th at the Rusty Pelican, 2425 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa. Around 20 vendors will start the festivities at 10 a.m. with Lunch & Fashion Show to follow at noon. Fabulous Gowns worn for the Day parade, Children's parade, Knight parade and St. Patrick's parade will be featured. Also, attending will be the dress makers who are responsible for these Beautiful works of FABRIC art.
