Golfers and Sponsors Sought for MOAA Golf TournamentCLEARWATER – The Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will hold its Second Annual Golf Tournament and Military Appreciation Day on Friday, November 14, at the Cove Cay Country Club in Clearwater. Sign in is at 11:30 a.m., lunch buffet at noon, Shot Gun start at 1:30 p.m., cash bar, snacks, awards after play. Entry fee includes golf, lunch, goodie bag, door prizes, golf awards, Hole-in-One awards on par three holes, including a 2009 Chevrolet Fun and Fellowship. The net proceeds of this tournament will go towards scholarships for graduating members of the Clearwater High School Marine Corps JROTC.
