Non-Trivial Pursuit at Chapel-By-The-SeaChapel-By-The-Sea will be having a “Non-Trivial Pursuit on Monday, November 10th, from 7:30 to 9 p.m., entitled “Spirituality and Health: How Faith and Religious Beliefs Impact Wellness.” Margie Atkinson, Director Pastoral Care at Morton Plant Mease Health Care, will be coming to help us examine how religious as well as spiritual belief systems impact how we cope and handle stress. She will also cover how physical symptoms are affected and how faith contributes to the health of the whole person. After learning the link between “Spirituality and Health,” we may be able to put into practice her teachings and become healthier individuals.
