Belleview Biltmore Partners With Pinellas Hope for Day of Thanksgiving

The Belleview Biltmore will be providing a Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings to 300 homeless men and women.  On Thanksgiving Day, volunteers will be serving a holiday meal at Pinellas Hope.  Martin Smith, Vice President, General Manager, Belleview Biltmore hotel is proud of the opportunity.  “We at the Biltmore are focused on giving back to our community and look forward to serving on Thanksgiving Day, ” said Smith.

Pinellas Hope is a temporary shelter that provides homeless men and women privacy and a safe place to leave their belongings during the day or while they are at work. The residents may sleep undisturbed, take a shower, and have a comforting evening meal. There is a strict code of conduct in Pinellas Hope.  In December 2007 Catholic Charities formed a partnership with the inter-faith community, local government, businesses and other not-for-profit entities to open Pinellas Hope.

Donations of time and money are welcome.  Contact Sheila at 727-556-6397 for more information.
