Humane Society Schedules Pet Photos with Santa

Mark and Ilyse Sauer of Indian Rocks Beach, shown above with their dog Sparky and cat Sabrina, were among the many pet owners who brought their animals to the Humane Society of Pinellas on November 22 for the annual "Photos with Santa" event. That's Fred McCool attired as Santa. He has been donating his time for the event for the past 18 years. Photographer Ron Smith, who has also participated in the event for the past 16 years, will be on hand to take your pet's picture November 29-30 and December 6-7. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Humane Society is located at 3040 State Road 590 in Clearwater. For further information, call 797-7722.
